FC Grand Capital initiated the launch of a cycle of training webinars focused on sales of own-brand products in pharmacy chains. The program was developed for both line employees (pharmacists and chemists) and pharmacy managers interested in improving sales performance. The first webinar brought together over 400 professionals from various Russian regions.
The training focused on seasonal products from Serdtse Kontinenta brand, most popular with consumers in spring. Their range includes food supplements with pronounced detox properties, improving the gastrointestinal function and contain micronutrients required to keep the body healthy.
The webinar was hosted by Evgeny Zezyulin, business coach, market researcher with a degree in medicine. He has over 10 years of experience leading pharmacy staff training projects. Trainees learned about advantages and features of own brand products, different methods of customer interactions and effective sales strategies.
